ABOUT ME

Welcome to Mallory Lowell Therapy Services! I'm Mallory, a compassionate therapist dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges and reclaim their narratives. With over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, specializing in supporting survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking, I bring a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and lived experience to my practice.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of shame or stigma. Together, we'll work towards uncovering your inner strengths, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience.

With experience in various settings and roles, including but not limited to domestic violence shelters, hotlines, community advocacy settings, and sexual assault response programs, I have gained insight into the complexities of trauma and the courage it takes to seek healing. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect for your unique journey, recognizing the strength it takes to overcome adversity. In addition to my clinical work, I also teach a course on family violence at Eastern Washington University. This multifaceted experience informs my practice and deepens my understanding of the intersections between trauma, resilience, and healing.

You are not alone, and there is hope for healing and growth. If you're ready to embark on this journey towards reclaiming your narrative and finding empowerment, I invite you to take the first step and reach out.

Together, we can create a safe and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.

Warm regards,

Mallory Lowell, LSWAIC (She/Her)
