Yes, I am in-network with Premera, LifeWise, Anthem, and most Bluecross/Blueshield plans. For out-of-network insurance plans, I would be happy to provide a superbill for reimbursement. I encourage you to reach out to your insurance to discuss reimbursement options and rates.

A superbill is a summary of the services that you received which includes minimal information about your session (such as the date of service), your diagnosis, treatment plan, and the amount you paid for each session.

Here is the general reimbursement process:

1. I encourage individuals to first check in with their insurance providers to discuss reimbursement options and rates, as these can vary greatly.

2. You see me for an individual therapy session.

3. After the session, I will charge you my out of pocket rate of $150 (or our agreed upon reduced fee).

4. I will then create and send you superbill which includes information about your session, your diagnosis, treatment plan, and the amount you paid.

5. You submit the superbill to your insurance company.

If your insurance company decides to cover services, they reimburse you directly.

Please note that if you wish to work with insurance, a diagnosis is required and the number of sessions you have will be determined by your insurance.

I require 24-hour notice for cancellations otherwise you will be charged the full rate of a session
